Rescheduled Sydney Show - Ticket Information
Both State Theatre shows were sold out, & that many tickets are on hold for the Ent. Centre.
Everyone who had tickets will be accommodated in comparable seats.
Ticketmaster are yet to contact about 500 people who did not purchase through the Fan Club.
If you have requested replacement seats your credit card will be credited and then debited again.

Postponed Sydney Concerts – State Theatre 11th & 12th October 2011 Ticket Holders
As your current tickets are for the State Theatre Sydney, you will need to be issued new
tickets for the show at the Sydney Entertainment Centre.
We will commence contacting Ticketmaster patrons from Friday 14 October, to facilitate the
ticket swap to the new event on 24 October at the Sydney Entertainment Centre. Please be
patient if you don’t hear from us on Friday; as you can appreciate, we have a lot of patrons
to contact in a short period of time.
Your seating at the Sydney Entertainment Centre will be determined based on your seating
category at the State Theatre Sydney, and also the order and time of your original ticket
purchase, and we will therefore endeavor to re-seat you in equivalent seating to your
original booking.
If you are unable to attend the new date, and would like to obtain a refund on your tickets,
we request that you email us by Friday 14th October at
customer.help@ticketmaster.com.au
This will help us to process sales into the new date as quickly as possible.
If your booking was made at a Ticketmaster Outlet or at the State Theatre with cash,
please return to your point of purchase with the tickets and photo id for a full refund.
Patrons who purchased from an agency other than Ticketmaster should contact their
point of purchase for further instructions.
